Privacy Policy

The short version

I collect only what I need to answer you, deliver work, and run the business. I don't sell your data. Sensitive business data is handled under a separate written agreement. See “Your business data” below.

What I collect

• Contact details you submit, including your name, email, and anything you share when booking a call or reaching out.
• Account details, including your email and a securely hashed password if you create an account.
• Payment details processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch this site's servers; I receive only the confirmation and billing summary.
• Basic technical data, including standard server logs used for security and reliability.

How I use it

To respond to your inquiry, deliver a resource you request, send the short practical email sequence disclosed beside that resource, schedule and deliver services, process payments, maintain your account, and keep the site secure. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

A few trusted providers, each under their own privacy terms:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Supabase for account authentication and database hosting.
• Cal.com for call scheduling.
• Resend for notifications, requested resources, and messages you choose to receive.

I don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your business data (engagements)

Any data from your business that I work with during an engagement is governed by the written data handling agreement for that engagement. not this policy. The workflow and data types are mapped before tools are selected. Cloud AI use requires your written approval and appropriate provider controls; a local deployment is considered when data must remain in your environment. Deliverable ownership is stated in the signed scope.

Cookies & analytics

Only what's essential: a session cookie to keep you signed in if you have an account. No advertising or tracking across other sites. The site uses privately hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) to count page visits and anonymous usage events; it doesn't set cookies or track you across other sites.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from resource emails in one click from any message. You can also ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Email hello@getparkerai.com and I'll take care of it.
