About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. Actual engagements are governed by their own signed agreements, including a Statement of Work for a pilot, or a retainer agreement for ongoing work. Where a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls.
Information, not an offer
Content on this site, including service descriptions and pricing, is for general information. It doesn't create a contract by itself. A project is agreed in writing before work begins, and any quote provided after discovery governs its own scope and price.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The AI Readiness Assessment is a one time charge. Retainers are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply.
Ownership of delivered work
You own the code, documentation, prompts, and accounts I deliver for you, as set out in your engagement agreement. No vendor dependence.
Disclaimers
This website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI tools have limits; results depend on your data, systems, and goals. If AI isn't the right tool for a problem, I'll say so. Nothing here guarantees a specific outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for access to it. Liability for paid engagements is addressed in their agreements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to rules about conflicts between laws.
